This individual will be responsible for completing challenging project tasks, creating project deliverables, and giving ideas and recommendations.
Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with hiring managers and our talent acquisition partners to find and engage exceptional talent.
- Creating sourcing plans and sharing the newest sourcing ideas.
- Bring your in-depth understanding of the market for intellectual property and life sciences in USA.
- Consult with hiring managers to fully grasp their recruitment requirements.
- Delivering a superior experience to recruiting managers, external applicants, and business executives.
- Together with management, you will offer advice on the market, the applicant pipeline, and the practices for interviews and selection throughout the hiring process.
Skills and Requirements
- Expertise in hiring for five or more years
- Knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Recruitment expertise in the US.
