Chief of Staff – Science

ClinicalPro is seeking a Chief of Staff – Science for a leading Life Sciences company located in the USA.

This individual will be responsible for working as a trusted executor and thought partner for a range of important activities. The respective individual will be anticipating problems, managing teams, and putting ideas into action with little supervision.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional leads to monitor progress and pivots, and coordinate and integrate organisational and functional goals and objectives.
• To develop or enhance capabilities, operating paradigms, and business processes.
• Fulfill functional, R&D, and enterprise-level goals, and collaborate with functional leaders.
• Organise and lead the operations of communication and change management.
• Serving as the central point for information integration and guaranteeing coordinated information flow and cultural consistency.
• Create and direct the agendas for Leadership Team meetings.
• Summarise and convey actions and
• Provide follow-up.
• Prepare and oversee the integration of materials for board, executive, large cross-functional meetings, and external engagements.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations.
• Knowledge in strategy consulting for a pharmaceutical or biotech organisation.
• Preferred qualifications include a PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• Knowledge in drug development and value generation in the biopharmaceutical sector.
• Desire to learn about the science underlying our platform technology.
• Ability to conduct and combine in-depth, bespoke studies.
• Include analysis and wider context into a recommendation, and to respectfully and objectively argue that suggestion.
• Advanced communication abilities.
• Provide a captivating story or message to top stakeholders inside the organisation.
