ClinicalPro is seeking a Business Development Manager for a leading Biotechnology organisation located in the USA.

This individual will be responsible for focusing on the CGT market and building strategic connections. The individual will work in terms of fostering growth to meet revenue objectives.

Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and build client connections within the Cell & Gene Therapy sector through in-person meetings.
  • Captivating presentations, phone conversations, tradeshows, and relevant networking events.
  • Possess a high degree of technical experience and subject-matter understanding in the market for cell, gene, and regenerative medicine.
  • Create and deliver commercial sales outcomes that are related to hitting and surpassing quota.
  • Provide precise forecasting, and consistently building and moving the funnel forward.
  • Work closely with the commercial team.
  • Work on early access programmes with clients and the marketing department.
  • Take the initiative to implement CGT workflow.
  • Attend important tradeshows for the Cell and Gene Therapy Business Unit.
  • For this market segment, support, identify, and keep developing our key opinion leader programme.
  • Organising and leading company evaluations at CGT accounts.
  • Play a vital role in delivering a top-notch client experience.
  • Make sure to stay current and inform CGT stakeholders about new technology, businesses and significant market prospects.

Skills and Requirements

  • Advanced degrees are desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
  • Having a minimum of three years’ worth of life sciences commercial expertise.
  • Understanding of genetics and cell biology.
  • Having a track record of coordinating tasks in a matrixed setting.
  • Influencing decisions among resources on a team who do not directly report to them.
  • Have a thorough awareness of the CGT market’s competitive environment.
  • Strong resolution, communication, and presenting abilities.
  • Analysis, planning, organisation, execution, and follow-up are the key components of financial competence and self-leadership.
  • Deliver account goals and action plans to management via weekly calls, reports, and other communication channels.
