ClinicalPro is seeking a Territory Manager for a leading Biotechnology organisation specialising in Cell and Gene Therapy research located in the USA.

This individual will be responsible for offering comprehensive and relevant solutions to increase top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, and profitability.

Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • To help the organisation achieve its sales goals for cell and gene therapy, create and implement a sales plan.
  • Refine the Key & Priority Target accounts.
  • Create account connections to keep and grow a current business.
  • Assist marketing in creating the strategy and sales tools necessary for a successful product line.
  • Accordance to strategy and area plans, qualify, develop, and close prospects and clients.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and trade exhibitions.
  • Give and offer comments to FISI staff on market developments and competition information.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and new product development to ensure profitable expansion.
  • Timely completion of reports and other documentation is essential.
  • Follow the budgetary restrictions.

Skills and Requirements

  • Five years of sales experience.
  • With a track record in sales and a strong sense of motivation.
  • Excellent marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritising, time management, and organisational abilities.
  • The capacity to design and deliver presentations suited to the requirements of the audience.
  • Having the ability to manage relationships and being open to criticism.
  • Ability to act on a range of instructions.
  • To solve practical difficulties and cope with a number of tangible factors in settings where there is little standardisation.
