ClinicalPro is seeking a Management Consultant – Life Sciences for a leading Life Sciences company located in the USA.
This individual will be responsible for significantly contributing to the project’s execution and case team leadership by using experience and knowledge to produce high-caliber work while guiding case teams and establishing client connections.
Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of several, concurrent project teams spanning therapeutic domains, value chains, and project kinds, including mentoring others’ efforts and promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
- Allocating resources according to the project’s overall work plan and using both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Serve as a respected thought leader and the main point of contact for clients at the executive level.
- Share your knowledge and advice with clients, working closely with them to help them develop their perspectives on the case and larger organisational challenges.
- Support business development activities and efforts, such as preparing proposals and giving capability presentations.
- Contribute significantly to internal company activities aimed at enhancing productivity, work quality, or overall firm culture.
- Mentoring and training employees in both official and informal settings.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience leading workstreams and multiple teams concurrently.
- Experience forming relationships with senior-level life science executives.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D./post-doc, MD, MBA, 2-year master’s) in a life sciences or health-related field and 4+ years of full-time experience in the life sciences consulting or biopharma industry.
- Solid capacity for critical thinking.
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Proven capacity to function both independently and as a member of a team.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
- Regular travel can be required.
