Process Development Scientist

ClinicalPro is seeking a Process Development Scientist for a leading Pharmaceutical company located in the USA.

The individual will be responsible for taking the lead and participating in the development of process enhancements.

Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Offer technical assistance for the production of dietary and medicinal dosage forms. This entails the statistical analysis of production data and the planning, organising, and execution of technological initiatives.
Management of the whole technical lifetime of the assigned items produced in a GMP setting.
As required, take part in long-term company planning and analysis.
Effectively present, elucidate, and suggest to management and colleagues the findings of designs, investigations, and/or projects.
Investigate production issues, pinpoint the issue, and provide recommendations for fixes.
Implement the scaling up of new goods. liaise with Product Development, Production, and Quality Assurance.
Create procedures for validation and qualification; carry out validation and publish validation findings.

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field relevant.
A thorough awareness of the fundamental processes involved in producing pharmaceutical dosage forms, including solid and liquid.
Having knowledge of statistical process control.
Demonstrated aptitude for comprehending the scientific components of the company’s operations.
Shown aptitude for communicating project outcomes and making recommendations to staff at all levels.
Adaptability to operate independently or in a collaborative context based on project requirements.
Competencies that have been demonstrated include problem-solving, practical judgement, assertiveness, job knowledge, planning and organisation, planning and timing, attention to detail, creativity and invention, and good written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in statistical analysis and Microsoft Office.
