ClinicalPro is seeking an Account Manager for a leading Pharmaceutical company located in the USA.
This individual will be responsible for leading negotiations and meeting sales targets on a global level. The Account Manager will develop and carry out an account strategy.
Must be eligible to work in USA.
Responsibilities
- In charge of creating yearly sales plans for all assigned clients, who will construct, maintain, and expand opportunity pipelines inside allocated accounts.
- Coordinating major account activities across various business partners will be a crucial aspect of the work.
- Primary accountability for generating sales for certain Global Pharma, Food Safety, or Clinical clients.
- With consumers to discuss contract details and price.
- Gives the company’s main executive interaction with its clients, and track changes in service and sales levels for all accounts.
- Develops and implements timely contract launches and renewals in coordination with internal departments and authorised Distributor partners.
- Helps the corporation manage important commercial connections and bargains for prospective business possibilities.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations to create the best distribution and inventory system and processes for handling corporate accounts.
- Suggests and organises field sales staff actions with the help of regional business managers, internal MBD employees, and each allocated account’s tactical plans.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic discipline.
- Preferably an MBA.
- A track record of successfully influencing people without authority and leading lateral movements to advance business goals on behalf of our clients.
- Ability to use measurements and factual facts to support assumptions and build cases; demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Shown proficiency in managing significant clients, markets, and business sectors.
- Consistent record of fostering relationships inside the firm and utilising resources to meet goals.
- Independent decision-maker who acts in the company’s best interests.
- High degree of commitment, zeal, and professionalism.
- Strong commitment to the duties of the role and the contribution to the business as a whole.
- The ability to operate cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of microbiological laboratory operations, methodologies, and industry regulations.
- This position has a 50% travel requirement.
